The Intersex Justice Project seeks to end: "medically invasive and unnecessary surgeries in the United States that target intersex children and adolescents by empowering intersex people of color to advance that change."

They lead the campaign to #EndIntersexSurgeries, in order: "to end surgeries to change the bodies of unconsenting young people, such as clitoral, vaginal, and testicular surgeries on infants" (Intersex Justice Project, n.d.).
