The clinic is run by Dream Defenders, Dade County Street Response, Beyond the Bars, and the Circle of Brotherhood, and provides anti-carceral direct services towards ending violence.

The center offers a non-911 mobile crisis team, trauma recovery therapy, legal services, and youth programming.
