Democratic Senators Cory Booker and Ron Wyden, and Representative Yvette D. Clarke introduce this act, which calls on companies to target bias in corporate algorithms, including healthcare.

The act will be updated and re-introduced in February 2022 after more experts are consulted with on how to improve the bill.
