In Alvarado, Texas, 11 immigrants imprisoned at the Prairieland Detention Center file a class-action lawsuit against Immigration and Customs Enforcement demanding their release, after at least 45 people tested positive for the COVID-19. They say Immigration and Customs Enforcement is continuing to transfer immigrants to other facilities across the country, risking the spread of COVID-19 from one Immigration and Customs Enforcement center to another.
